Mushroom Feta Spinach Quiche
Mushroom Feta Spinach Quiche is easy to make and perfect for breakfasts, brunches, or when you have guests over. We made our quiche recipe for a baby shower we hosted. You can make a homemade crust or use a premade crust it’s totally up to you! Today’s quiche recipe combines feta cheese with eggs, mushrooms, and spinach, making one delicious quiche!
I’ve shared quite a few quiche recipes that we have made over the past few years. Quiche is always an easy recipe to prepare ahead of time for wedding showers, baby showers, holidays, or gatherings like Mother’s Day. They are easy to make, can be made in advance, and served warm. In our family, we even like them for dinners. Let’s get to the yummy recipe!

Mushroom Feta Spinach Quiche Recipe
What types of ingredients do you like making a quiche with? We love using cheddar cheese, veggies such as mushrooms, asparagus, broccoli, tomatoes… The great thing about quiche is they are easy to adapt with your favorite ingredients.
Mushroom Feta Spinach Quiche
Mushroom Feta Spinach Quiche - This quiche recipe is easy to make and has a mild, flavorful taste. An easily adaptable recipe. A crowd-pleaser, perfect for hosting a brunch, wedding shower, baby shower, or for guests during the holidays! But, easy enough to make for a weeknight dinner!
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1-1/2 cups of milk
- Cremini Mushrooms washed, sliced and chopped into bite size pieces
- 1 small yellow onion
- 1 garlic clove (peeled and crushed)
- 1 to 1-1/2 cups of feta cheese
- dash of salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Pie crust (homemade or pre-made store bought)
- 1 small package frozen chopped spinach *defrost, drain, and squeeze all the water out!
Instructions
- Pre-make your pie crust (but, do not pre-bake)
- Shred or crumble the cheese set to the side.
- Wash and slice mushrooms
- Chop finely one small onion
- Peel and crush the garlic.
- Add the mushrooms, onions, and garlic into a pan with butter. Sauté on low until the onions are translucent. Set to the side when done.
- In a bowl whisk four eggs and milk, add a dash of salt and pepper to the mixture whisking it all together. Then set the bowl to the side.
- Take out your uncooked/prepared pie crust.
- Add the sautéed mixture into the pie crust.
- Take the defrosted, drained spinach, feta cheese, add them to the pie crust.
- Pour the whisked eggs over ingredients.
- Carefully move the quiche to the oven to be for approximately 45 minutes.
- Cook until done and pie crust is browned.
