I like to blend mine all frothy.

Pour your Orange Julius recipe with fresh oranges into a glass. Want it thicker? Add the whole banana but, it might take that orange flavor away a bit.

What’s happening this summer with my teen? Sammie’s ticked off a few new things: gotten her driver’s license, tennis team for school, an online college class, and a new gym membership. I’m getting vanilla protein powder, and going to try making a few blended power drinks for after her workouts. Or to power up our morning smoothies. I promise to share those blended smoothie recipes too.
