Ingredients for making strawberry fudge
- 2 cups sugar
- ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
- 6 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 bag 11 oz. white chocolate chips
- 7 oz. jar marshmallow fluff
- 1 tbsp. strawberry jello mix
- Optional seasonal candy sprinkles for your celebrations
How to make strawberry fudge
Instructions
- First, line your 13 x 9 baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside until needed.
- Grab a saucepan and set it on the stove, add butter and with medium heat, melt the butter.
- Once melted, add in the heavy whipping cream and stir.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and allow bubbling for 5 minutes. Be sure to stir frequently while the butter mixture is boiling.
- Continue the following these steps.
Pour into a large bowl, add in the white chocolate chips, marshmallow fluff and blend until combined.
The chocolate chips do not need to be pre-melted; the hot butter mixture will melt them.
Scoop half of the mixture out onto the prepared baking sheet and spread out to the edges.
- Pour the strawberry jello powder into the remaining mixture and stir until combined.
- Pour the strawberry layer on top of the bottom layer and spread out to the edges.
- Add your optional candy sprinkles to suit your party or celebration. If the sprinkles are heavy you can add them as the fudge candy is setting so they don’t sink.
Lastly, let the fudge cool before cutting.
Then cut the strawberry cheesecake fudge with a sharp knife into squares or rectangles for serving.
Store your fudge at room temperature in an airtight container.
