Recipe Notes

If you are making a few sandwiches get a loaf of bread, 1 lb. of cheese, 1 lb. butter, a few tomatoes, and a handful of fresh basil per sandwich.

You can make this open faced using one slice a bread, follow directions don't top and cover with skillet lid to melt cheese.

Tools you'll need are a non stick skillet with lid, knife and spatula. Best if made one at a time. Salt, pepper lightly if desired. You might want to cook on medium but, it's best if you use low and take your time. Your butter will not brown and bread won't burn. Trust me, for yum sometimes you just need to take your time cooking.
Enjoy!
