Tomato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

To make this recipe you will need a few small kitchen tools – A cutting board, a serrated knife, a chef knife, and a large spoon for serving.

Where to Buy Fresh Tomatoes?

Get the tomatoes from a farmer’s market, Target, or grocery store (organic section), or use home-grown. Vine-ripened tomatoes are typically the sweetest and juiciest.

You will find them in the summer months (which makes this the perfect time to make a tomato salad!). However, the timing will vary depending on where you live.

This year we grew tomatoes. Have you ever grown patio tomatoes or garden tomatoes?

Notes

The amount of tomatoes you slice will vary; depending on the size of the tomatoes, and if servings are for adults, adults, and kids.

One 15-ounce container of Ricotta Cheese has approximately 7 servings.

The balsamic vinegar and olive oil ratio is one-to-one. For example: if you use 2 tablespoons - You will use two tablespoons of vinegar and two tablespoons of olive oil. Then adapt the flavor to your liking and taste preference.
