My mouth is watering at just the thought of your ginger salad dressing! What a fresh summery salad! We will be eating this soon! I love ginger in everything! Fresh ginger makes all the difference, doesn’t it!? If you have access to an Asian grocery, the ginger is a fraction of the cost of regular supermarkets and fresher. They sell a lot more of it.
Hi Wendy, Thanks for the tip on the Asian markets but, unless I’m in San Jose or SF. we are quite a ways from any. We used to live in a larger city but, we are more rural now. I miss the city! Hope you get a chance to try it soon. Enjoy!
