Who loves a good cookie that doesn’t take a lot of time to make? I thought so! You know occasionally I just love a quick and easy but, freshly baked cookie without all the mess of a full bake day. We’ve had our end of summer heat waves coming through over here in Central, CA. with temperatures hitting over the hundreds for several weeks. Sammie was craving cookies, yet I wasn’t craving baking or heating up the oven. That is until I remembered I was sent these new Pillsbury Melts Filled Cookies to try.

Hallelujah! Pop onto a sheet, bake 15 minutes and cool. That won’t heat up my kitchen too much for a freshly baked cookie. I thought sure, I’ll bake you them today. Why not. These cookies come in two flavors Molten Fudge Cake and S’more Sensation. Holy Hanna! Doesn’t that sound oh, so good?? Sammie couldn’t wait to try them and I can’t wait for fall to get here! I decided to bake a tray of each all at once.

Take a closer look at these easy to bake Pillsbury Molten Fudge Cake and S’more Sensation Cookies;

Sammie’s favorite was the S’more Sensation. The dough similar to a chocolate chip cookie but, pack loaded with gooey, lusciously yummy marshmallow insides!!

My favorite was the Molton Fudge Cake Cookie. If you are looking for an easy chocolate fix this is your hero! Of course I’ll show you the insides. I wish I could pass the plate but, first this is how easy they are to make!

We opened the package and popped them onto our non stick cookie sheets and bake following the directions. Notice in the background I used my remote to turn on my new ceiling fan. The Mr. took down our 80’s style spaceship florescent lighting! Perfect timing for cooling the kitchen for this quick bake! Oh, I can’t wait to show you!

When cooled we clipped open the chocolate sauce and dressed up our cookies with the chocolate drizzle it came with.

Tip: for making the drizzle pretty pour just past the cookie and head back without stopping. I started to get the hang of it at the end. But, no matter how you drizzle them or how they look they taste Amazing! These will be perfect anytime you want a cookie fix, get drop in company or you want to treat your kids.

Best part of the Pillsbury Melts Cookies;

  • Ooey-gooey filling that’s in the cookies!
  • Deliciously good taste
  • Chocolate drizzle = added yum

  • Find them in the refrigerated aisle of your favorite stores

And one more bonus they have box tops for education on the back! I know our schools earned thousands of dollars collecting them. “Disclosure: The information and prize pack have been provided by General Mills through Platefull Co-Op.” These are my 100% honest opinions, text and photographs.
