I’m sharing this appetizer, Mango Goat Cheese Bruschetta. Are you ready for the easiest brushetta recipe ever! I love this time of year. Don’t you? Getting outdoors more, barbecues, backyard gathering together with family and friends. I also love easy appetizer recipes. Quick to make for those last minute gatherings or planned gatherings.
Another thing I love is a good salsa. Sweet, savory, chunky and a bit spicy. Sweet and spicy recipes always go perfect with cold beverages and entertaining. For today’s appetizer you only need a few ingredients. Which makes this really, really easy! Love you easy don’t you?

Well, lets get started. All you are going to need is a few ingredients: fresh French bread baguette, a good goat cheese, an organic honey such as sweet orange blossom and La Victoria®’s Mango Habanero Salsa.
Mango Habanero Salsa is a delicious blend of sweet and spicy! It’s perfect as a stand alone appetizer too, for all you sweet/spicy flavor seekers. You almost don’t need the honey. But, I think the three ingredients topping the French bread just give it the perfect flavor profile that anyone will love. Let’s make this mango habanero salsa recipe!
How to make Bruschetta
Prepare your french bread or baguette
Traditionally the baguette is toasted or grilled. You do this by brushing the French bread with olive oil and toasting at a high temperature such between 425-450 degrees. You need to watch it and pull them out when crispy.
But, where I live it gets really hot in the summer. I just skip that part unless it’s cool outside. If you are going to skip the toasting be sure to use freshly purchased French bread. Slice your baguette up in as many pieces as you need.
Spread the soft cheese onto your baguette
Next I just spread a really good goat cheese that is room temperature onto each piece. You can be more generous is you want.
Drizzle honey on top of your cheese
Then I drizzled just a little organic wild sweet orange honey on top of the goat cheese. Grab a clean spoon.
Add your mango salsa
Next just open your jar of Mango Habanero Salsa, using the clean spoon. Spoon on a good amount of your salsa to each baguette.
Put your brushetta on the plate and garnish
Place your Mango Bruschetta onto a serving dish. Garnish with some cilantro. Set out your cocktail napkins and serve.
Ready to serve with your favorite beverages
You will have this made in no time flat! An under 15 minute appetizer that will easily serve six. Double for more.
You can serve any types of beverages, vino, cocktails, ice tea or even iced coffee.
We have teens over all the time. It’s easy to set a side of tortilla chips and the Mango Habanero Salsa for dipping too. It’s so good, just as a salsa dip with chips. You might have to grab a few jars as it’s not going to last long!
I can’t wait to share more mango habanero salsa recipes I make.

You know…I am not a fan of mango or goat cheese (my husband would love these) but I would totally try this and would probably surprise myself. These are so pretty and love the photography! Pinning!
Hi Jill, You might be surprised as its a mixture of the salsa with mango. We went through the jar so fast I can’t even remember the other ingredients but, yum! I am planning on trying to make a few other types of recipes incorporating the salsa we liked it that much.
