Yogurt Parfait With Granola And Fruit
Typically you can find fresh fruits year-round. It is easy to make substitutions if you don’t like or can’t eat certain fruits or if one fruit is out of season. This recipe for yogurt parfaits is for two people. You can easily double or triple the recipe.

Yogurt Parfait For Two
2 servings
NOTE: (The Easy Yogurt Parfait Recipe can be adjusted for more or reduced for less)
Ingredients
Prep Time Approximately 10 minutes
- 2 cups of Greek Yogurt (Vanilla, Strawberry, or You pick!)
If you are dairy-free you can use Vegan Yogurt - 2 cups granola (Purchased or homemade granola)
- Blueberries – 1 cup of fresh blueberries, rinsed
- Strawberries – 1 cup of fresh strawberries, rinsed, hulled, and sliced
- Pineapple – 1 cup of fresh pineapple, cored and cut up (Or optionally canned pineapple chunks drained.)
- 8-ounce glasses or mason jars
Here’s my 30-minute homemade granola recipe! You can make granola the same day for the parfaits with yogurt or in advance.
Instructions
Preparation time: 10 minutes
- In your glass or container, add approximately ¼ cup of the yogurt.
- Next, add approximately ¼ cup of the granola. (spooning it to the top of the yogurt)
- Now add approximately ¼ cup of the blueberries.
- Then add a layer of approximately ¼ cup of the sliced strawberries.
- Finally, add approximately ¼ cup of the diced pineapple.
- Repeat the steps of layering the ingredients if your container isn’t full. Repeat the steps until the glass or mason jar is full.
Serve the Yogurt Parfait with Granola and Fresh Fruit immediately. Enjoy this for breakfast or snacks! Are you using unsweetened yogurt? You can drizzle honey to sweeten the taste.
