Today I am excited to share a review of  gluten free products with you that taste great & you can serve your family or anyone that needs a gluten free diet! These products are from Udi’s & they have some new products this fall I think you’ll love! Healthy, yummy & perfect for back to school lunches or anytime! I have to admit that I only found out about being gluten free when a family member had to change her diet. I am sure many of us take for granted the freedom of being able to pick & choose the foods we want. But, what you’ll find out about Udi’s is you don’t have  to be on a gluten free diet to enjoy them! Or pack them in your lunches.

Udi’s Harvest Crunch Muffins

Kids love the healthy choices & they are easily packed into school lunches! Sammie & I love the Harvest Cruch muffins with cranberry bits all throughout. If shes running late we just pack this in her bag for morning snack at school.

Udi's, Gluten Free Foods,

When my brother & his family came to visit this past summer we had to make sure to have plenty of gluten free choices in the house. Luckily for me that came easy. I had reviewed some in the past & was familiar with some great products that Udi’s has to offer. Our visit went amazing! The foods we made fresh, breakfasts & snacking smooth sailing with some Udi’s purchases. They were excited to learn about Udi’s & their community. You can use the community to get information, recipes & more.

They are from South Lake Tahoe which is like living in rural Central CA. Not all products are easily available. They were happy to hear that they could purchase these products online! Me too! I also looked online at the store locator & found a small local health food store carrying Udi’s. Yippee! Walmart is another place I have found them & I am sure there are others.Which makes adding them into school lunches or any of your meals so easy.

I could never tire of their Dark Chocolate mini Brownie  Bites, oh my goodness! You’d never know they were gluten free! These also are a perfect kids treat with the mini size. I do like the cookies I tried but, they crumble so easily & were super sweet but, I still enjoyed them with coffee. Just be for warned handle with care. These might not pack quite so well but, think afterschool or dessert treat.

The breads are more dense than non gluten free but, good. The Cinnamon Raisin Bread is packed full of them! & smells heavenly!

Sammie’s favorite for snack time or in her lunches are the New Ancient Grain Crisps. Lighter than a cracker, thicker than a chip. I must admit for a snack these were hands down my favorite new product too!

Granola in a bowl, Cherry Walnut Granola, DearCreatives.com, Theresa Huse 2013

I can’t wait to share the recipe I made with Udi’s Cherry Granola! It was like the icing on the cake in my recipe. (no it’s not a cake, think harvet time recipe) I am sure it can be adapted to be 100% gluten free. Stay tuned I’ll be posting it soon! Or just go grab a bowl of granola for yourself right now like I am. Yum, yum, yum!

  1. Those dark chocolate mini bites look really good! I would like to try those. New Ancient Grain Crisps…does sound like a good snack for my kids. We don’t eat gluten-free products in my house, but these just look tasty. I wouldn’t mind sampling either of these two.

  2. Hi Sharon, I think you’d enjoy them! As mentioned I don’t have to eat gluten free but, a few of these are great products that are worth trying & buying again for snacks, lunches for a meal. Thanks for your visit today!
