Dear Creatives, Today I am sharing a review of Udi’s Gluten Free Pizza Crust & how I made this the snack of the week. I have tried some gluten free products but don’t buy them all the time. I love it when I get the chance to try new products & share my honest opinions of them. Today it happens to be a gluten free product! Gluten is found in wheat, barley, rye…

Udi’s products are gluten free, dairy free, soy free & nut free products! I was able to make Sammie an after school snack with with Udi’s GlutenFree Pizza Crusts. They come pre made ready to add your favorite toppings. I just happened to have some homemade pasta sauce with mushrooms left over, added shredded cheese then baked it in the oven at 375* for about 7 min. to melt, heat up the toppings & crust. This was a winner! Sammie is a hard to please when it comes to food she is on the picky side, but ended up loving this! I have to agree I loved this product too! Healthy, easy to use & top with your favorite sauces or veggies! Yum!
