Recently I had the chance to try Kashi’s new Hummus Crisps. Have you tried them yet? Oh, I think you’ll love them too, these are a great healthy snack. Good-by chips hello crisps. You will love them for you, your kids & serving your guests this fall or anytime! Pinky Swear! I wanted to share why they are so great besides the taste & give you my review!!
I tried the Sea Salt & Olive Oil Hummus Crisps. But, Kashi has other flavors: Sundried Tomato Basil & Feta or Caramelized Onion. Oh, yes yummy flavors! They are air-popped chickpea crisps are made without partially hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, or artificial anything. And with at least 5g of whole grain, 3g of fiber* and 3g of protein** (See packaging for all current info.)
I just opened the bag & sampled! Yum! Chickpeas, hummus what ever you like to call those flavorful beans they are packed with fiber & protein. Nom, nom. Oh, sorry your here! Eating out of the bag is way to easy!
