Sometimes Things Don’t go as Planned: Inspiration Cards & Food for Thought
Do you ever have days or even weeks that just don’t go right? I worked on my journal and have been working on some inspiration cards. I thought I would share a few of them to brighten your day and give you some food for thought. Not every day goes as planned and sometimes not every week! But, I hope these reminders can help you get back on track, along with a few articles, quotes and books to help. At the end of the post is a blogger conference opportunity. At the very least I hope this make you smile.
If you share any of the inspiration cards please link back to here for printing. If printed for personal use only!
I often start out with good intentions but, then things often drift from those plans. We can be so easily side tracked. Does that ever happen to you? I promised myself to nurture those dreams this year and to do that means to be more focused. Even hold myself accountable. You might like this article 10 Ways to Make Your Blog More Productive
I created these felt heart Valentines a few years ago and when I saw the image I had taken it reminded me to embrace my passions and do the things I love.
This is an amazing video about the power of words. The ironic thing is I was looking for something to share with these inspiration cards I have been making when I came across it. The video is simple yet powerful. I hope you watch it.
Laughter is Good Medicine
I’ll be honest here this has been a hard week for me. I have been having migraines on and off all week. My step mom had hip surgery and could use some help she’s four hours away. My lovely daughter Jen is going to see her and help her. When I can drive up that way I will. It’s hard living far from family. We spoke on the phone for quite some time yesterday. Sometimes talking and laughter is the best medicine! I love it when Sammie does silly things like putting sunglasses on our dog Rex. You just have to laugh. At least I can say from our conversation I hope I made my step mom laugh and forget her troubles for a bit.
Find something good in every day! Someday I will make a whole set of inspiration cards. I’ve made a few but, this post just reminded me to fulfill that goal, it’s just one of my intentions. Speaking of that have you read any of author Wayne Dyer’s books? *these two are affiliate links

What obstacles have you had to deal with when blogging or in personal life?
I totally understand the idea of being distracted. I wake up with the intention to complete so many tasks and feel miserable at the end of the day when they’re aren’t accomplished. That then results in lack of motivation to complete anything. But I’m slowing working on setting realistic goals that I can achieve in a timely fashion.
Hi ChiChi, I really have been trying to use a must do list to make things I have to complete get done. But, I have to get some of my focus back to taking a few classes and crafting, photography….I think as you mention, be realistic and setting timely fashions is key. Only so many hours in a day. Have a great day!
I love this post we all should find something positive through out the day. I am tell myself that everyday
