Grilled Recipe: Steak with Homemade Barbecue Sauce and Corn Salsa
Making barbecue sauce is much easier than you think! It only takes about 10 minutes prep and about 15 minutes or so of cooking time. I think a good barbecue sauce is key to giving your meat a finish that is not only savory but, with this recipe adds a little sweet and mild spiciness to it.
Love the heat and fire? No problem just add spices like cayenne and the seeds from your chopped jalapenos. You won’t have to be saying come on baby light my fire that’s for sure!
Here’s a tip for grilling don’t add the sauce until almost done. Then like above slather um up! Yes, I made my steak well done while the other half likes it rare. No photos of his steak! Can you guess why?
I’m calling my recipe Texas Style Barbecue Sauce not, because I’m from Texas but, because my grandma was and they throw down some awesome barbecues!
