This book really has a lot of information packed into a small handy book. I like the fact that you can have all the various recipes in one spot and can focus on what to make for various aches, relaxation or other reasons. I’m visual and do miss having photographs through out the book but, I wouldn’t let that fact detour you from considering it. As it’s packed with recipes.
Most of the supplies can be picked up at your health food store or a store such as Whole Foods. The first recipe I plan on making is the Beach Salt Scrub. I may alter the recipe slightly as it using 3 essential oils. I’ll be sure to update you when I try a few and share some photos. I am finding my supplies easily on Amazon. I just got myself Amazon Prime and love it, with two-day free shipping and other bonuses! Do you have Prime? If not, you can try it with a 30 day free trial if your interested.
You can also find and preview the book on Amazon too. It’s available on the Kindle or in PaperBack. Visit the link below if you’d like to find out more or to purchase!
