This week I thought I would share my weekly menu and not just one of the dinners I made. Yes, I am still including the dinner recipe but, if you are like me sometimes it’s nice to bookmark or save an entire week’s worth of recipes. Each week I am challenged with getting dinner on the table yet still trying to have enough time to do projects, blog, work on business plans and cart my last child to or fro. Maybe by cataloging a full week’s menu plan it will both serve you and I. As the Meal Plan Monday‘s menu plans will be here for when we both need it!

You can also view the recipes page and search for recipes that aren’t cataloged on page. I usually start with a general idea of mixing up my menu plan to include fish, chicken and meat with lots of veggies.

On this particular week I added a new recipe to my list a Balsamic Roast Beef Crock Pot Recipe. Because I can never have enough crock pot recipes! What about you? We liked it but, Sammie thought it was too sweet. Kids! She is super picky. Not sure if it was the soy sauce or the honey? But, with that said your family may enjoy it if you all like sweet and sour recipes. Here’s how simple it is to make.

Prepping dinner in the crockpot

Take it over to the crock-pot. The only addition I made to the recipe was to pre-spray a non stick food spray on the sides of crock-pot. Add liquid.

Then meat, spices and cover. Ahem! That’s it, let it cook all day!! We served this with broccoli but, any veggies your family prefers would be great. We used the left overs for Sandwiches on French rolls with Dijon mustard. I sure wish Sammie had like this better. But, when she’s gone to science camp I may make a small roast for us that week. Do you have a picky eater in your house?
