Chocolate Covered Pretzels Recipe (EASY)
Instructions
- Prep your baking sheet/sheet-pan or surface with parchment paper. Lay out the pretzels on the parchment. Cut the sea salt caramels into thirds and place a piece on each pretzel. Place another pretzel on top as a sandwich.
- Melt the candy melts as directed. I use defrost mode/half power mode to melt them. First, with 2 minutes, then 1 minute intervals until melted.
- Dip the pretzels into the candy melts and place on the parchment paper. Sprinkle with the patriotic sprinkles.
Recipe Notes:
Chocolate Melts: The softened chocolate dries pretty quickly. Sprinkle them right after dipping. If making bigger batches, enlist help (another person). This will help the process go by more quickly.
