I love sharing all kinds of music and kids music because like art it enhances creativity, learning and entertainment and fun family times. I’m always looking for CD’s and music to listen to. I want my kids and grand kids to grow to love all types of music and the best way to do that is expose them to variety and take them to live performances too. Today I am sharing about the upcoming CD release of The Apple Tree and The Honey Bee along with the Bari Koral Family Rock Band.
One of the things that caught my attention was a catchy tune that sounded like something the Go Go’s would sing. All the songs are really fun! She has a strong voice with a warm tone. Add in catchy beats by core members of the Bari Koral Family Rock Band are celebrated jazz bassist/pianist Dred Scott and the renowned Broadway drummer/percussionist Eric Halvorson. They are a nationally known band whose with songs on a regular rotation on Sirius/XM Radio’s Kids Place Live, and her recording have been honored with two Parents Choice Awards & more!
Previous CD’s include:
- 2009 Bari Koral Family Rock Band
- 2010 Rock and Roll Garden
- 2012 Anna and the Cupcakes
Bari Koral is the lead signer and the originator of the “lunch and learn” yoga program for adults. But, over the past seven years, Bari Koral has established herself not only as a beloved performer but also as a leading force in the “yoga for kids” movement. Bari’s catchy, pop-friendly tunes and interactive live shows featuring a creative blend of music and movement have gained her legions of fans, while many of her songs are also widely used in kids’ yoga classes and preschool classrooms.
