Restless Winter Blues? Perk Up With Spring Fashion Trends

Do you ever get restless? Winter has you cooped up and your just ready for spring? Are you ready for all things Fashion Trends Spring? Lighter clothes, traveling being able to take walks. It’s been so gloomy here. I am ready for sunshiny days and warmer weather. Are you?

I think I’ve had a case of the blues. I decided to do a little trend spotting and grab some color inspiration. I thought I would share a few things that caught my eye, along with our spur of the moment beach outing.

Fashion Trends Spring

For me spring fashion trends always mean having a scarf nearby. It gets windy here in the afternoons and cooler as the sun sets. They are also perfect for our beach runs. I’m still crushing on striped shirts, rose gold watches and heart earrings.

I love having at least one pair of pants on color trend. I spotted the Mid-Rise Pixie Ankle Pant in coral; which comes in many colors and patterns. I love pairing them with heels or my favorite sneakers. 

Sammie loves the new lace style bras and bralettes. It all started when we saw them last summer at Urban outfitters. For me personally I need a bit more support. But, we both are crushing on the color. 

We are always ready for a spur of the moment trip to the beach. If you live by the coast do you love heading to the beach? We took one trip over last weekend it wasn’t raining. In the late afternoon after packing our backpack we headed out to try to catch the sunset at the beach.

But, ended up seeing it set on the drive before we got there. There was a road closure due to a mud-rock slide so we headed south more to another local beach. Pismo Pier and Beach. It’s super popular and a trendy area to visit if you ever come to the central coast. 

We walked the pier there were so many big waves coming in. Then we headed down to the beach and walked along the shore. We spotted sand pipers running back and forth along the beach. We collected a few rocks and shells. And just talked. 

Our day that started rocky ended up being great, as we spent the entire day doing things we hadn’t had time for lately. We started with lunch, our spur of the moment decision to head to the beach and ended up with ice cream.

Yes, we were bundled up in jackets and dreaming of spring days. Catching up over the entire day. I had brought my camera but, it got to dark to capture any photos to share with you. Maybe next time. But, if you head to my Instagram you’ll be able to see our pretty spring walk.

I need to send my camera in to be worked on but, before I do I’m looking for a back up camera. I can’t be without one. My cell just won’t cut it. I need a new phone too.
