Easy No Bake Summer Peach Berry Pie Recipe
What I love about summer are fresh fruits and easy no-bake pies! I saw a lovely strawberry pie and swooned over it for some time. After an outing to the farmers market, we had fresh, strawberries, peaches, and blackberries. Oh, summer fruits so divine! I don’t know why I didn’t shoot a photo of them prior to starting my pie. Anyway, I am going to share my easy, no-bake summer peach berry pie.

I’ll also be sharing a link to the recipe for the strawberry pie that inspired this. I adapted it from so you can swoon over some more summer pie! The recipe I adapted had how to make your own cookie, graham type crust if you like. Sounds yummy if you have the time. But, I didn’t I cheated. Shhh, don’t tell anyone. It’s our little secret.
Summer Peach Berry Pie
What I love about this pie is it’s a no-bake! With the cheater, but oh so good Honey Made Graham Cracker pre-made crust. I digress, when is the last time I made a homemade graham crust? Tapping feet as she writes…
Doesn’t matter, none is the wiser when it’s on the plate right!
It’s easy to make: stir ingredients into the pot, add sugar, add gelatin and cornstarch then stir, let it come to a boil pour into graham cracker crust. Then repeat for each type of fruit. No need to wash the cooking pot in between fruits.
One layer of strawberries, one layer of peaches, and one layer of blackberries!
Place the pie loosely covered in the fridge for 3 hours while distracting yourself with summer fun and keeping yourself from taking a piece early. It needs time to set.
Then quickly get a slice before it’s gone. Oh, yes you may top this with your favorite whipped topping. At this point it was late in the day, maybe I should have taken another photo before it was gone, but alas I missed my chance. I knew you were sticking around for something! Here’s the recipe.
