I had never made my own chili verde sauce before with tomatillos & if that has held you back let me say it is so easy! I hope you give this recipe a try! It isn’t spicy & you can leave out the jalapeno if you like, but seeding it does take down the spice. It is a great alternative to a stew. Cook the Chili Verde 30 more or less depending on tenderness you like for your pork. You can serve this with corn tortillas warmed up or rice & beans. & The best part is while its finishing cooking you can finish something crafty or help your kiddos with their homework! Easy to make & easy clean up from this one pan Chili Verde Recipe. Don’t forget to glove up when chopping jalapenos!
