- Spanish Olives (Other favorites are these bleu cheese stuffed olives. and these Black Olives.)
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Sliced Peppered Salami or Genoa Salami
- Sliced Swiss Cheese (cut into 4’s)
- Pita Crackers
Of course, you can make charcuterie boards much fancier. How? By adding a variety of soft cheeses, your favorite hard cheeses, various other cured meats, a variety of olives, dried fruits, sliced baguette, jams, dips… (See my Pinterest boards for loads of appetizer ideas. Link at end of the post.)

You will need some type of food board (mine is a marble cutting board similar to this or get the round marble cutting board, which is slightly bigger). Wood boards and trays work well too. Make sure the surfaces are food safe surfaces. Or line them with parchment paper prior to laying food on the boards.
A small bowl, or a ceramic dish. I like to use small dishes for anything like pickles, olives, dips, or jams. But, you can put the Love Corn in them too if you like.
