When you make your beauty products at home always remember to start with the same principals as cooking. Start with a clean, sanitized work space, sanitized/dry jars and clean hands. You want your beauty products to last. A tip for fighting off bacterial growth is adding a little bit of Vitamin E. You can use 100% Vitamin E oil or squeeze it out of capsules. Of course not every recipe calls for that but, it’s a tip I learned and have used. The rest is easy, just follow recipes, storing directions and use time.
