Crock Pot “Picadillo” #Recipe

Dear Creatives, I wanted to share a recipe I tried from The SkinnyTaste it was her Crock Pot Picadillo recipe. I just love it when you try a new recipe & it turns out just the way it is suppose to! Easy, in a crock pot & packed full of flavor. This is a Cuban dish & not spicy but, very flavorful. I think this is the type of recipe you can serve up any night & everyone will enjoy. The best part is while it’s in the crock pot you can be crafting, sewing or finding time for something else. I wanted to share how easy this Crock Pot Picadillo recipe is with you!

With minimal ingredients you can make this dish. Many of them you will probably have on hand. Just leaving you to purchase fresh ground beef & cilantro…

You just brown your meat & drain off oils. Then toss in the garlic, onion & red bell pepper sauteing a few minutes. Transfer to crock pot, add in tomato sauce. Toss in cilantro, green olives & then your herbs.

Stir in & cover your crock pot & let the flavors cook in while you do something else!

Then you wind up with a dish you can serve with rice or in a bowl with a side salad.
