Greek Pasta Salad is the perfect side dish for backyard barbecues, picnics, pot lucks, or other occasions. We love making it on hot days as a quick, easy dinner idea. We always get a late summer in California and honestly, it rarely cools down before late October, which makes this perfect as a dinner.
This never disappoints because it’s fresh, healthy and great to eat anytime.
