Strawberry Lemonade Crinkle Cookies are so easy for anyone to make! A pink and yellow cookie that is delicious for spring, Easter, and other celebrations. Sprinkled with confectioner sugar after baking and made with a cake mix. These strawberry lemonade cakebox cookies will be the hit of your next party!
Ingredients
- 1 box Betty Crocker Delights Super Moist Lemon Cake
- 1 box Betty Crocker Delights Super Moist Strawberry Cake
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup of cooking oil
- 1 cup powdered sugar (confectioner sugar)
- 2/3 cup of cooking oil
Instructions
- Add 1 cake mix 2 eggs and 1/3 cup of oil in two separate bowls.
- Mix well
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes
- Preheat oven to 325F
- Take a nickel-sized portion of each flavor and roll it in your hands into balls.
- Next, Take the two balls and carefully roll them together into a single ball.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove and let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the cookie sheet.
- Top with additional sprinkled powdered sugar, before cookies are cooled (optional).
Notes
Bake time may vary due to oven or altitude. Check them before the expected baking finish time.
Sprinkle the tops of the cookies with additional powdered sugar after the cookies have baked, before fully cooling.
