Ravioli Pesto Lasagna (30-Minute Dinner!)
Ravioli Lasagna. Yum, yum, it’s so easy to make! I wanted to share a recipe I put a spin on because we all know the thought of spending an hour layering noodles and simmering sauce for a classic lasagna can feel exhausting on a busy weeknight.
That’s why I love this version! The original casserole recipe was for Spinach and Ravioli, but this new spin is a one-dish dinner that is easy to prep, cook, and serve. It gets bonus points for being quick to make—just like our favorite 30-minute meals! Nothing is better than having convenience for busy weeknights.
This Ravioli Lasagna combines creamy Alfredo sauce, vibrant Pesto sauce, and frozen broccoli to deliver that rich, cheesy comfort in under 30 minutes. It’s easily adaptable, so feel free to use your favorite sauces and ravioli types to make it your own.
But if you are looking for a more traditional lasagna, try either of these recipes:
Easy Lasagna with Meat Sauce or Easy Gluten Free Lasagna with No-Boil Noodles. You can use regular no-boil lasagna noodles as a substitute in the Gluten-Free lasagna recipe, too.
As part of my Meal Plan Monday, I thought I’d share my spin on the recipe. Plus, a new product I’ve tried and have used several times now. Let me share how easy it is to make this dinner!
- With the help of a few standard kitchen supplies and under 10 ingredients, you’ll have this recipe whipped up and on the table in no time flat!
