Easy Meals: Delicious Asian Fish Tacos #kraftrecipemakers #shop
Just in time for the everyday rush of life or back to school nights are Kraft Recipe Makers. Perfect timing for me as things are always busier this time of year. How many times a week can you eat out? Too many in our house if we aren’t careful! Thank goodness for these great choices I found at Walmart. I couldn’t pass up getting more than one starter kit on our Walmart shopping trip. I haven’t tried them all yet, but did make the easy Asian Fish Tacos.
I can use all the help I can get in my house! Why? Because with school starting up that means carpool driving to & from 5 days a week, lessons which means more driving & taking care of a house full of busy people. Music, group gatherings, you name it. And of course keeping up with my busy schedule. I decided to try the Asian Fish Tacos first. Let me show you how easy it is for you to have your meal onto your tables in just about 35 minutes total time!
First I purchased the ingredients listed on the back of the Kraft Recipe Maker box & my fresh ingredients. Pre heat oven your oven. From package open the sauce, pour into a bowl, pour your Panko bread crumbs in another bowl, plate your fish. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. I lined it all up assembly style, then dipped the fish in sauce, then into the bread crumbs & onto the baking sheet. Repeat until done, pop in the oven! While it’s baking for about 15-20 minutes or until flaky, fix up your coleslaw.
I bought a fresh pack of coleslaw, yep didn’t even have to chop it up. I just poured in right into a bowl. Then I chopped up the peanuts, (you can leave out peanuts if you have allergies or kids under 2) poured the chopped peanuts into the coleslaw. Next the Finishing Sauce was poured in & mixed, gently stirring it together. Wait until fish is done.
Lastly just heat up a batch of tortillas in the microwave. I typically stack about 6 on a plate & cover with a lightly damp paper towel, heat for about 90 sec. One by one assemble your fish tacos. Served up in 35 min.
Whether you have an unexpected group you have to feed in a hurry or just are short on time like me this is a great way to serve up a family meal in no time flat! I also found two other recipes in the Kraft Recipe Makers box of Asian Fish Tacos to vary what I make next. Baked Teriyaki Fish & Asian Almond Salmon! I can’t wait to try them too. Such a great way expand my weekly recipe menu ideas which are perfect for quick & easy dinners. Now, you know how I love crock-pot meals so I grabbed two to try, The New England Pot Roast & Hickory BBQ Beef.
