Do you have a membership to a gym? One thing I know is it’s nice to have a bag to throw in your necessities and activewear. Heading to the park with the kids? Gym bags are a great solution for holding a few play things, wipes and a change of clothes. I have used my gym bag for lots of things besides just going to the gym.
If I do have to add dirty clothes to my gym bag I’ve used a separate zipper bag for the laundry. This helps keeps things organized and cleaner. I am excited to get stretching, getting a little more fitness in and maybe even try a little yoga this year. Do you have a favorite workout session at the gym? I used to love step aerobics but, now I prefer the treadmill or swimming if at the gym. My favorite activity is outdoor walking/hiking.
This year my focus is to be healthier. Which means I might have to step away from the computer a bit more. I’ll keep you posted of my journey with getting fit this year.

For me I love have having an over the shoulder strap with my gym bags. My preference is to have one that is detachable if possible too. I like having my own towel with me. Two favorite options are one where you can zip your keys or locker key into. The other is fitness towels that come in three sizes which is handy depending on your workout is. The waterproof zipper bags come in different colors/patterns. Handy for mom in diaper bags too.
