What’s a party without you? I love seeing my friends at parties, so I hope you can enjoy this one too! If you missed it this week I shared an easy and delicious Fish Tacos with Avocado Sauce Recipe, sewing for baby, a new fruit snack and also a great bi lingual music CD for kids! Pantry Organization Diy

We might not all have such large pantries but, Kristen from My Uncommon Slice of Suburbia has a great one. There are lots of great ideas in this pantry that can be incorporated for your own spring cleaning and organization. I love how she has labeled everything. I also  love her additional post of storing canned goods. Kristen has a house full of boys and has been chronicling her house transformation. If only I could make a bigger pantry. Well, at least I can re-organize it! I am always at odds with my small pantry. What about you?

I am ready for spring cleaning and organizing! Then I can really just focus on my crafts. I might even have to use a few of these ideas when re-organizing my craft area. You can see my Craft Room Board if you’d like more inspiration on that!

Sewing Diy Lengthening a Dress

sewing- lengthened dress after diy

I have often found the cutest dresses and they are too short. Here is the perfect solution to the problem. If they are cheap enough getting two and adding length. Use the extra fabric for another project. I also like the way that Sarah shows how she used fabric from a shrunken dress to make a peplum top it might just have us  rethinking and re-purposing some of our clothes! You’ll find Sarah Blogging over at Our Life Is Beautiful.
