Roxy shared a delicious Strawberry Apricot Jam recipe. You can make it up in a small batch and don’t have to can* the recipe you can refrigerate to use right away. Roxy uses no preservatives or pectin. Doesn’t this make you want to get a crate of strawberries from the farmers market and get into the kitchen! *water bath canning is preserving for long time storage if not going to be used in a certain amount of time.
