Grilled Stuffed Jalapeno Hamburger
Just #SayCheeseburger, create your own spin-off of my recipe, or create your own with Kraft products. Let's get this grilling party started with my Stuffed Grilled Jalapeno Cheeseburger Recipe.

If you don't like spicy flavors, I still have you covered. These jalapenos are seeded, which takes a lot of the heat out of the peppers. Or you can substitute with another favorite chili of mine, the Poblano, which is even milder.
Living in Central CA, we have access to the freshest, green, hot, and almighty jalapeno and other chili peppers. I couldn't resist creating a grilled stuffed jalapeno and adding it to the center of my cheeseburger. Adding an extra special touch to our grilled burgers.
Easy Grilled Stuffed Jalapeno Cheeseburger Recipe
- First, prep the jalapenos: wash, cut the tops off your jalapenos, and seed them by coring the seeds out with a knife or spoon. (Use gloves or be careful. The oils can burn your hands.)
- Grill the jalapenos, turning them with tongs, so they don't burn.
- Take them off the grill and let them cool completely
- Stuff them with Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese and add chopped jalapenos, or use Kraft Jalapeno Cream Cheese
Tip: Use a clean plastic sandwich bag, add softened cream cheese mix, and cut a hole in a corner of the baggie. Squeeze Jalapeno Cream Cheese into roasted peppers.

How To Add Stuffed Jalapenos To The Ground Beef Burgers
Next, take your ground beef and add it to a bowl, then add these spices:
- Chopped garlic or garlic powder.
- Salt and pepper to taste.

Then shape your burgers, inserting your stuffed jalapeno into the center, and grill them (the stuffed burgers) until cooked.
When they are fully cooked, assemble your Grilled Stuffed Cheeseburger with your favorite toppings!
Alternate ways to make this recipe would be to chop your jalapeno after grilling and add cream cheese in a bowl. Next, grab small amounts and add them to your burgers.
For our ground beef recipes that are grilled, our favorite toppings include:
- Kraft Singles or Kraft Sharp Cheddar Cheese (on this day, we used Kraft Singles and melted them on the burgers)
- pickles
- onion
- lettuce
- tomato
Now, if you love spicy flavors, add Dijon mustard. What are your favorite condiments?

Remember, you can put your own spin on the classic cheeseburger. No matter what you call this jalapeno burger, stuffed jalapeno burger, or jalapeno popper burgers. They are one tasty hamburger to eat! One day, I hope to update these photos! With that said, they are really tasty!

On this day, we grabbed our Kraft products at WALMART.
