As summer is winding down it doesn’t mean the summer weather has ended. As a matter of fact in CA. we have summery weather well into October. Planning end of summer trips, with less traffic. We are planning to take advantage of great weather for hikes by the beach, whale watching & possibly another trip to nearby Hearst Castle or light house. Not only that, but school & lessons will be starting back up.
That means having lots of drinking water for walks & staying hydrated through school or other activities. With having a pre-teen she sometimes asks if she can have soda. Sometimes you just have to say no to one thing & yes to another, it’s just part of parenting.
I decided to introduce her to Wyler’s Light. A great way to decrease or even eliminate soda, but increase water into her diet & our activities. Easy to pack into our bags & take along with us what ever seasonal plans pop up! Or just serve up at home.
Or what ever our local temps rise to be, as living in central CA temps can range in the triple digits for weeks at a time, even during school season. Keeping hydrated is vital. Wyler’s Light has a variety of flavors for everyone:
- pink lemonade
- raspberry lemonade
- strawberry lemonade
- cool raspberry
- cherry limeade
- fruit punch
- kiwi strawberry
- sunsplash orange
- ice tea with lemon
- ice tea with peach
- ice tea with raspberry
- half ice tea with lemonade
- & new cherry berry
You can see with the variety & they are sugar free, low calorie & caffeine free, that is not hard to find a flavor to suit every member of the family. You can use travel pouches & take them with you or premake & chill, then pour into your reusable containers.
