Dear Creatives, Kids grow so fast don’t they!? I have learned not to spend top dollar kids clothes. I buy quality clothes for each season & am always looking for the best at affordable prices. I jumped at the chance to spruce up Sammie’s winter fashion wardrobe for back to school after holiday break. I hadn’t realized how much she had grown until just after Christmas we cleaned out her drawers & closet. Good-bye all size 10-12 outfits! Hello 14-16 size outfits. So we headed online to shop at Cookie’s Kids!

Do you shop online with your kids? We set our chairs side by side at the computer me picking one thing & Sammie another. Who wins? I have learned the kids! If you get something they don’t like, they don’t wear it! Sometimes it is better to compromise, which works just fine in our house. It’s a win, win for both of us. Ending up with Sammie happily wearing her clothes until she outgrows them or until they are worn out.

We were looking for pants, jeans & maybe an outfit of active wear or with leggings. We weren’t shopping for a coat per say but, decided to look & we saw the cutest coat on sale & grabbed it in a size that will fit her until at least next year. It was a price that couldn’t be beat! We both loved this coat from the moment we saw it! It is lined, has pockets to keep her hands warm, a detachable hood & came with extra buttons.

The best thing she loves it. For me the quality & price was amazing!!

Can you tell she has signed up for Drama again?

This outfit she picked out fits her personality.If you could of only seen her sense of humor! She was dancing gangnam style & cracking me up! When I said can you be more serious, she posed in the first small shot & of course the last shot I asked do you like your new clothes? She gave me her signature, “word” which means yes!
