I’m focusing on a system that allows for easy review, digitization, and management of receipts, deductibles, and expenses. Use Planners, Calendars, and Daily To Do Lists

  1. Wall/Desk Calendars: Focus on “at-a-glance” visibility for the whole family/office.
  2. Weekly Notepad Agendas: Explain why these are great for “micro-planning” without the commitment of a full bound book.
  3. Daily To-Do Lists: Prioritize your “Big 3” tasks. And others under them.

Create a Command Center (Office Organization)

  • Filing Systems: Categorizing file folders (Medical, Home, Work, Small Business, etc.).
  • Desktop Organizers: Desk trays, office organization sets, and cable management.
