Are you looking for online art classes? We finally have time to add a few online arts and craft classes back into our schedule. Sammie’s graduation is today. Woo Hoo! Two weeks of summer. She’s opted to take health this summer to free up her schedule in the fall. Her school schedule: 8-11:30 daily then we’ll have half days to fill with activities like DIY crafts, arts, and crafts. I even asked her if she wanted to try picking up on her sewing skills again. What creative – summer plans do you have?

What’s great is last year I signed up for Creativebug and she was able to sign in and use any of the online arts and crafts classes she wanted. This year I’m continuing the online access. Have you tried it? They offer all kinds of great classes in 0ver 10+ categories. All online to view when you want. Access is unlimited to 700 classes. Each month you can check out the calendar of new releases.

I thought I’d share their kick-off to summer with you! They are having a special. One month free + One free class to unlock forever! There are creative online classes for every level of student to adult and even advanced. And less than the cost of a latte *($4.95 ) for entire access to all the classes for all month! There is a 14-day free trial see more about it at the end of the post which is good anytime if you miss this special!

Now, it’d be impossible to share all the great classes they are offering. You’ll just have to check it out. I’ll share just a few of the classes I’ve and the series I had started which is on how to design fabric digitally. It’s always been a goal of mine to try making my own fabric.

We’ve watched and been inspired by artist’s making leather jewelry, printmaking, the 30-day painting challenge, and a few drawing classes. Not to mention we have taken the journaling, illustration with artists like Lisa Congdon, Pam Garrison and more. Now, here’s the latest daily painting challenge.

I probably was like you, thinking is this really going to be worth it? But, I took the 14-day free trial and was hooked. Now, there is even a class given to you to keep forever. Even if you decide not to continue.

Again, what’s great is that this monthly class access is less than a latte! Only $4.95 a month. The pool for 1 day costs that or more depending on how many kids you take. I promise to share the projects we do over the summer. We are excited to fill our hot afternoons creating new things.

What types of arts and crafts or other activities are you planning??

  1. I have never heard of this! I am not creative at all, so this would really help me find fun activities and crafts to make with the kids!
