Dear Creatives, Its that time again! Wonderful, creative & crafty weekend inspiration and another Friday Feature & link up! But first catching my eye on diy projects was this diy rug tutorial I spotted! To make one or as someone suggested on the comments, how about making some just into coasters & of course you could use it for a wall hanging & just not a rug!

DIY Rope Rug

This is a type of woven project & would be great for all those bits of yarns and fabrics you never know what to do with. You can see it is much easier than you think if you check out the tutorial from free people.com blog This blog is heavy on fashion & hip! It reminds me of growing up in the S.F. bay area when I was a kid but they are in PA Building 25. They have endless eye candy, shopping & more.

Now on  to the features here:

Today I am featuring Addison who writes the blog Changing My Destiny which is exactly what she writes about on her blog along with sharing she is a home decor addict, healthy living amateur, doggie mama, and a yogi wannabe. Writing about misadventures of weight loss, healthy living, home design and recipe creating. She also reads quite a bit & at the end of the month shares her thoughts on books she has enjoyed. I can’t wait to read one of her choices this month! Well, now back to the diy / craft inspiration.

DIY Mod Podge

Changing My Destiny

Addison’s tutorial for diy mod podge is here to save the day & some money! I am sure it won’t replace all the kinds of mod podge there is but hey, a girl likes to save money & it is perfect if you run out of supplies! Right?

Mason Jar Match Stick Holder

Changing My Destiny

Another one of her super easy anyone can do & lots of us need projects! Does this mean I can toss those cheap match boxes the Mr. purchased at Walmart & still have what I need but, improve my kitchen decor! Yes! Love it! Go here to see Addison’s  tutorial!

ChickPea Tacos Recipe
