What's Inside “Backyard BBQ With Fire and Spice“?

Overview of the BBQ Cookbook
Inside this cookbook you will find Filipino and Cajun-inspired recipes for the smoker and grill. The author is Tony Ramirez, grill master and creator of TFTI (Thanks for the Invite) BBQ. In the California Bay Area, where the weather is perfect for grilling, some of his happiest memories were large cookouts with all of his cousins and adult relatives. When it was time for him to man the grill, he jumped at the chance. As his cookouts grew, so did his collection of recipes.
Tony Ramirez followed his heart, really listening to what people wanted. TFTI Thanks for the invite! Now, we can experience his way of living and BBQ lifestyle focused on food, friends, and fun…

Backyard BBQ With Fire and Spice Review

The “Backyard BBQ with Fire and Spice” Cookbook is filled with grilling tips and grilling recipes. Not to mention beautiful photography (by Carlos Bradley) that is mouth-watering and close-up enough that you'll want to take a big bite. The BBQ smell comes off every page. Don't just take my word for it, pop over to preview the book or visit Tony Ramirez's Instagram profile.
The cookbook is well-organized, and the recipes are easy to read and follow. The ingredients are pantry staples, and on occasion, a specific brand of seasoning or marinade, or other items that aren't hard to find. I easily found them on Amazon. Not to mention, there are resources in the back of the book for where to buy…
There are several recipes you can do on a weeknight. Yet, there are plenty of grilling recipes to elevate those weekend BBQs. And give you spicy recipes. P.S., not all the recipes are over-the-top spicy; some are just downright flavorful.
You will find recipes that marinate for hours and others that are quick to prep.
I recommend this outdoor cooking cookbook; it is perfect for anyone who wants to break away from a bottle of BBQ sauce and elevate their grilling! Or wants to learn more about barbecue and smoking, and isn't afraid of a little spice.
