Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Sliders (Sweet & Spicy BBQ)
Looking for the perfect, no-fuss appetizer for your next game day or party? These Chicken Sliders are the simple, three-ingredient answer!
The star of this recipe is the incredibly flavorful, tender, and tasty chicken, which gets its sweet and spicy kick from Millers Banana Pepper BBQ sauce. This recipe starts with boneless, skinless chicken breasts and chicken broth, but here’s the best part: while the chicken can cook in the slow cooker, we’ve also included a major time-saver for using rotisserie chicken!
This chicken appetizer recipe is quick to prep and even quicker to assemble and serve. The shredded chicken is mixed with the sauce, topped with thinly sliced cheese inside soft rolls, and finished by melting the cheese in the oven. The short list of ingredients is below—let’s get started!

I was sent Miller’s Banana Pepper Sauces (for free). I decided to make two recipes. This is my entry for the game day entertaining recipe challenge. #betterwithmillers #millersrecipechallenge #anythingbutbland
For me, when entertaining, I love recipes that are no fuss, prepped in advance, and then popped in the oven to finish and serve.
Sweet and Spicy Chicken Sliders

Chicken slider appetizers are easy to make. This recipe for chicken sliders can be made for a crowd by doubling the recipe. Cooking the chicken in the broth with the sauce will give you flavorful, tender, and forkable chicken meat to add to the sliders. The flavor king goes to Miller’s Banana Pepper Habanero sauce. But if you want a milder flavor, they have that too. And if you’re going to make your sliders hot, sweet, and spicy, pick their Hot sauce.
