Home Decor Ideas Christmas

It’s really the small touches that can make your holidays sparkle. Adding whimsy to your decor such as a handmade gnomes, elves, fairies, mermaids… are a fun way to create a light hearted scene.

Adding woodland table top décor, forest animals, trains, moons and stars in holiday scenes can create that woodland scene.

Seasonal Christmas Banners with your favorite holiday sayings are always fun to hang from the mantle, feature table and even coffee / hot chocolate bar.

Simple painted holiday colored mason jars or vases with greenery or flowers in the colors you pick are always easy to do and brings the outdoors inside. Set them on up a shelf or table.

Santa(s), holiday scenes, angles, wooden snowmen and stacked sayings are delightful when added to a mantle scene.

Banners of Santa pulling a sleigh or cut out banners of reindeer in red or other colors with bakers twine reminding us of childhood. Collect items from childhood Christmas stories or movies such as, Rudolf The Red Nose Reindeer, The Grinch That Stole Christmas, Frosty The Snowman, Charlie Brown Christmas, Polar Express, Elf…

Adding things like a toy car topped with a tree or in my case a caravan in a mini holiday scene brings a feeling of nostalgia.

Here’s a few favorites of mine that I spotted and considering adding to my holiday home décor;
