Mango Goat Cheese Bruschetta

This is an easy appetizer recipe that will impress your guests. Yet it's so easy to make! Flavors are sweet and spicy. Perfect for any get together.

  • French bread baguette
  • Goat cheese such as La Bonne Vie authentic chevre 8oz.
  • Organic honey orange blossom
  • La Victoria's Mango Habanero Salsa - jar
  • if toasting Olive Oil
  • Optional: Garnishes such as cilantro or Italian parsley.


  1. If toasting: Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Slice bread on cutting board.
  3. Spread lightly with Olive Oil.
  4. Add to a baking sheet.
  5. Toast until crispy. Let cool a few minutes until you can handle it to the touch.
  6. If not toasting start by slicing the French bread.

Next for both ways

  1. Spread the goat cheese onto the bread.
  2. Drizzle honey onto the bread.
  3. Add La Victoria's Mango Habanero Salsa.
  4. Plate and serve.

Recipe Notes

Have goat cheese and La Victoria Mango Habanero Salsa at room temperature. Serve at room temperature. Recipe is easily doubled. Needed amounts may vary depending on how much you add to your bread slices. Garnish with cilantro. Serve on cocktail dishes or a platter.
