The corn syrup will help form the bars together. Do not skip this ingredient or the steps on top for it.
Keeps 3 days, in fridge up to 1 week, or freeze for longer if needed for gifting. I haven't froze but, you will need to wrap each one and then put into a freezer bag. Yield might vary due to cutting sizes. We got 12 full size bars from the recipe.
