Today I have a little update on a beauty review, skincare line I’ve been trying for over a few week’s now. I received this line to try prior to the last review but, hadn’t had a chance to share it with you. I thought you might enjoy hearing my thoughts and how they worked for me. If you are like me you might enjoy trying many brands and types or even switching up your beauty routines.
I tried part of the L’Oréal Revitalift beauty line. First off I think this line is pretty affordable for anyone, which is always good in my book. I remember when my kids where young I didn’t have the budget to spend on skincare. I really only started focusing on beauty routines until almost 30. But, looking back I can say, I wish I had started sooner. Including more protection when out in the sun. But, healthy skin care has come a long way!
L’Oréal Revitalift Volume Filler Eye Treatment
This eye treatment – serum is said to improve: 4 weeks of using the Eye Treatment
I do think that the eye treatment did make my eye look and feel smoother. I don’t have puffiness or bags so I can’t really speak to that. And overall it was a good product to use goes on easily, you only need a little and it does nourish your skin. One tube will last quite a while. This product received excellent reviews.
For me I didn’t like using it prior to makeup application. I think it is because my makeup has moisturizer and sunscreen in it. I found that if I didn’t hop out of the shower, apply and add makeup it worked better for me. Meaning I let skin cool down, apply serum and give serum time to set. Then add make up it works well. Overall I preferred to use this in the evening along with the night cream. It does help minimize fine lines and hydrate under eye area. I’m continuing to use the eye treatment to see the differences at 4 weeks plus.
L’Oréal Revitalift Volume Filler Night Cream
Revitalift™ Volume Filler Night Cream is an overnight, anti-aging face mask. This is for replenishing the skin around the eyes and reduce dark circles. The moisturizer contains Hyaluronic Acid and Galanga to boost skin volume while you sleep.
For me it worked well. I did enjoy using the night cream but, I washed and cleaned my face in the evening and would apply hours before bed time. Not, just hop in bed. It’s a really nice, smooth lotion that is so easy to apply and use!
Revitalift® Daily Volumizing Concentrated Serum
I think this was one of my favorites to use daily out of the line. I do love serums! They are lighter to apply, feel natural and this one is concentrated! I’d wash my face and apply the serum. Easy to use under makeup. The daily volumizing serum is infused with a high dose of purified Hyaluronic Acid.
Which boosts skin moisture retention. Loved this one!
Revitalift® Daily Volumizing Moisturizer
This product surprised me the most. I thought I would hate it because it was a cream. Which is thicker and typically I don’t prefer creams. But, after applying it I really liked that it didn’t have that sticky, thick feel. It soaked into my skin and felt nice. Not sure how it will work during summer months. I typically go lighter. But, with that said I applied it to my face and neck, enjoying it’s hydration and boosting my skins overall appearance. I will continue using this daily volumizing moisturizer.
Final thoughts on L’Oréal Revitalift
I really think that if you are looking for an affordable line that these are worth trying! My top pick is the Daily Volumizing Concentrated Serum! Which I would buy again in a heartbeat. Next I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the others in the line either. I enjoyed trying and am still using them.
A good beauty routine is cleansing, treating and moisturizing.
