Dear Creatives, I hope you are having a great start to your day. It has been cold here & I decided to bake putting a twist on one of my favorite recipes. I normally make Banana Pecan Bread, but I happened to have blueberries. Hmm, I thought I would give it a try. What did I have to lose? I did & it turned out so yummy! A few ingredient changes besides the  blueberries. There is a free pdf recipe later in the post, so be sure to grab it & give it a try!

1 cup blueberries

I wish I could share how lovely it smelled when I was baking it. So I have put together a few images with the steps, finished bread & recipe.

1/2 cup chopped pecans

All the images can be clicked to see large. Feel free to copy or download the recipe for yourself. If you share the recipe please give credit & don’t use all the images. pick 1-2 & link back is fine. I hope you try it & let me know how you liked it or if you made changes to the recipe putting your own spin on it. I’d love to know.

1 cup blueberries gives it a sweet twist. This is a really easy bread to make & if the top starts to brown quicker than the inside is done tent it with tin foil & it will help it from getting too dark.

Serve after 5 min. warm with butter (optional)  or cool fully & it slices perfectly, you’ll love serving this bread with your favorite tea. Use image above or this free recipe pdf .

I hope you enjoy & share the recipe! Don’t forget I will be taking down GFC due to Google taking it away soon. So be sure & follow via Rss, bloglovin on side bar or networked blogs at the bottom of site! You know I love seeing you here & our connections! PS. I am on Blog Frog & have a community join in is right on the navigation bar & simple if you haven’t joined Blog Frog.
